Pastor Allan Santos 

RESIDENT PASTOR

Pastor Allan is a servant of Jesus and is passionate about sharing and teaching His life and message to others. He committed to serving Christ at a young age and right after graduating from High School, he pursued and completed his Bachelor of Arts, Major in Bible and Theology degree in Manila, Philippines in 2001. His first full-time ministry was in a Christian radio station as a voice talent and program editor. He then became a youth pastor for six years and after that served as a lead pastor. The Lord uprooted him from his home country and called him to serve and minister in Alberta, Canada in October of 2013.

Basketball, golf, badminton, running, biking, swimming, and music are among his pleasures in life, which he also finds great tools in winning more souls for the Lord.  He is married to Janice who also serves in the Worship Ministry of GCF Calgary and joyously supports Pastor Allan in the ministry.  They were both blessed to have their son Amicus Joshua.  Amicus was a blessing from God for the couple and is now home with our Father in heaven.

Vanessa Romero 

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Vanessa was serving the Lord as volunteer teacher for 8 years at GCF Calgary Children’s Ministry prior to being the Director in October 2023. She has lived in Calgary for 11 years with her husband, Marvin Romero. They have two children, Gavin (14) and Steven (7). The Lord used her own family to grow her desire to study and teach His Word. Her passion is to serve Christ though leading the children to Him. She hopes that they too would build a personal relationship with Him. Vanessa enjoys cooking and baking for others. She feels delighted when other people enjoy her homemade food.
