How do you please and glorify God in your daily living? Can we please God by looking spiritually healthy outside but empty inside our hearts and minds?

Jesus had defeated death and He redeemed us from all our sins. He resurrected and ascended to heaven, and we are awaiting His second coming.

Do you think and care about Jesus’ second coming? As a follower of Jesus Christ, do you believe that we should anticipate His coming with joy and excitement or with fear and trembling?

The parable that we will revisit tonight will help us to be reminded that Jesus is surely coming - secretly and suddenly.

Jesus’ birth drives foreign scholars to leave home seeking the fulfillment of Jewish prophecy, not for the spectacle it was, but to worship and pay homage to the one-born king of the Jews.

The parable that we are studying tonight will give us a strong counsel to be fruitful by using the gifts that God has graciously given each one of us.

When we were born again and given the gift of the Holy Spirit, we were enabled to obey the commands of Jesus in this sermon and live out an ordinary radical lifestyle by His power and grace.

This Passage will help us understand that Jesus desires us to have relationships that are meaningful, truthful, and God-glorifying. Let us reflect on and unpack Jesus’ teachings that will help us evaluate our standing before God and our heart toward others.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfil them.”

The beatitudes introduce the sermon on the mount, a collection of Jesus’ teachings. These teachings of Jesus are a must for all of us - we need to obey them as Jesus modeled it to us in His life in the gospels.

Tonight, we will revisit Jesus’s teachings on how we should be loyal to God in the use of our possessions, for His purpose and glory.

When we discourse about Christmas, we will always remember the role of Mary and Joseph. Both were simple people who made a difference and became an embodiment of heartfelt service and obedience to God’s plan.

Let us learn from the wise people in the story of the first Christmas who showed determination, bravery, and commitment for them to see, worship and give their gifts to Jesus.
